FREEFALL FANATICS

About Freefall Fanatics

Sources, method and who we are.

Who publishes this

Freefall Fanatics is published by North Coast AI LLC. It lists the U.S. drop zones on the United States Parachute Association's locator and quotes what each drop zone's own website says about tandem age, weight and altitude, beside USPA's own pages on first jumps, Group Membership and safety. We aren't affiliated with USPA or any drop zone, and we don't book jumps or sell gift certificates.

Our method How the list and quotes are checked

The drop zone list comes from the USPA locator, read the way a visitor reads it: an ordinary browser page load, then its own next-page button. Our checker repeats that and confirms each drop zone's name, airport, city, state, website and Training Center status; a drop zone that leaves the locator leaves this site at the next build. We kept no phone numbers or email addresses.

Requirement quotes come from 139 pages on drop zones' own websites, found by reading their home, FAQ, pricing and requirements pages. Each quote is re-found word for word at every check (ignoring only spacing, letter case and quote-mark style), and a quote that isn't found isn't shown. We quote; we don't restate requirements as a yes or no. Distances in the finder are straight-line miles from a ZIP code's Census centroid (the Census Bureau's ZCTA gazetteer) to the drop zone's map point on the USPA locator. Pages were researched and built with AI assistance.
